Christopher M. Kirker
Senior Associate
Chris Kirker is a graduate of Baylor University School of Law. Chris was a member of Baylor Law Review and graduated in the top 10% of his class,
cum laude. While in law school he received the Top 10 speaker in the Dawson & Sodd Moot Court Competition Award. He went on to represent Baylor in the prestigious ABA Moot Court Competition where he and co-counsel were undefeated in the Regional competition and advanced to Nationals.
During law school Chris clerked at the international law firm of Fulbright & Jaworski L.L.P. in San Antonio as well as Scott, Douglass, & McConnico, LLP located in Austin, Texas. Chris also interned for Federal Judge Walter S. Smith in Waco, Texas and Valero Energy Corp., the largest refiner in the United States.
Chris received his undergraduate degree in Psychology from Syracuse University where he graduated cum laude. During his junior year at Syracuse he was a teaching assistant and held classes in an introductory Philosophy course.
Prior to joining Zinda & Davis, PLLC Chris assisted a number of different firms in patent law litigation as well as Bloomberg L.P. as a research attorney.
Chris is a zealous advocate for his clients and enjoys being a voice for them in the courtroom. During his free time Chris is an avid sports fan and enjoys spending time with his wife Jessica and their two Dobermans. Chris' areas of practice include Family Law, Deceptive Trade Practices, Wrongful Deaths, and Personal Injury Law.
